The following information will be needed to book your event:

* Name of person requesting the event

* Date of event

* Start and end time of your event

* Event location

* Number of guests

* Menu you would like

* Your phone number, fax number and an email address

* Name, address and phone number of the person responsible for the payment if different from the person requesting the event

Guest Count:
We require a final count of guests at least one week prior to your event date. Any late changes less than one week prior to your event could result in an extra charge.

Event Staff:

To ensure that your event is a success, staff will be provided at your event at no extra charge during the first three hours of service. If additional time in needed, a fee of $15.00 per hour per staff member will be added to your final bill. 

Additional Services:

We can handle all aspects of your event, not just food. Necessary arrangements for china, linens, flowers, decorations, tables, music, etc. can be made with our assistance.

Confirmations:

Confirmations will be done in writing and either faxed or emailed to you. Upon receiving your confirmation, please review all the details carefully, paying specific attention to the time, date, location, menu and number of guests. Upon signing and returning the contract, 50% of the estimated final bill is due. 
 
Final Payment:
The outstanding balance is due the day of your event unless alternative billing arrangements have been made and approved by Management.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
 
Cancellations:
If you should cancel your event more than 3 days prior to your event date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 3 days prior to your event, you will be responsible for 80% of the payment in full.
You can create an Island Feast package for your next function by hosting an appetizer only affair. This is a lighter and more casual alternative to a buffet style event. The following prices are for parties of 25 people or more. Prices will vary if your party is less than 25.

Catering TO GO is an alternative for those who want food options, but not a full service buffet. A 24 hour notice is required for all orders. The customer is responsible for pick up or a service fee will be applied for delivery.
